Kirinyaga University Actuarial Student Society (KUASS) members attended the Actuarial Students Society of Kenya (ASSK), National Product Development Competition at the University of Nairobi on Thursday, 04/07/2024 and Friday, 05/07/2024.

Among the three items presented by the students, was a product on Increasing Insurance Penetration Using USSD Codes: A Python Implementation by Margaret Tabia Kidisa, Clinton Otieno Obondo and John Ndung’u Kuria, all fourth-year students, which secured 3rd Place in the Products Category.
